OYSTERS
SHOOTERS WITH LIME AND TABASCO
1 lime
16 large rock oysters
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce, approx
Freshly ground pepper
Cut lime
into thin wedges.
Divide oysters
between 8 small shot glasses. Drizzle
with Tabasco to taste, sprinkle with
pepper, and top with lime. Serve immediately.
