WHITE
PEACH AND MANGO FRAPPÉ
1 tablespoon
sugar
2 tablespoons boiling water
1 cup ice
1/2 cup chopped mango
1/2 cup chopped white peach
1 teaspoon lime juice
100ml white rum
Dissolve
the sugar in the boiling water to make a
syrup. Place in a blender with the remaining
ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serves 1
in a large glass.
