APPLE
AND WATERMELON SLUSH
2 large
Granny Smith apples
500g chopped watermelon with seeds removed
8 mint leaves
2 tablespoons Cointreau, optional
Ice
Peel, core
and chop apples. Combine in a blender
with watermelon, blend until smooth.
Add mint and Cointreau (if using), blend
until mint is finely chopped. Pour into
glasses of ice.
