ALMOND BISCUITS
3 cups almond
meal
1 cup sugar
3 drops almond essence
3 egg whites
1 cup flaked almonds
Preheat oven
to 350°F.
Combine almond
meal, sugar and essence in large bowl. Add
egg whites; stir until mixture forms a firm
paste.
Roll level
tablespoons of mixture into the flaked almonds,
then roll into 8cm logs. Press on the remaining
almonds. Shape logs to form crescents.
