FLORENTINES
1/2 cup sultanas
2 cups corn flakes
3/4 cup slivered almonds, chopped coarsely
1/2 cup glacé cherries, chopped finely
2 tablespoons finely chopped glacé ginger
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
250g dark chocolate, melted
Preheat oven
to 350°F. Combine sultanas, corn flakes,
nuts, cherries, ginger and milk in large
bowl. Drop rounded teaspoons of mixture
about 2cm apart on baking paper-lined oven
trays.
