CHOCOLATE
FUDGE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM
1/2
cup cream
125 g (4 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
Vanilla bean, chocolate or toffee ice cream
Place
the cream in a saucepan over medium heat
and cook until hot. Remove from heat and
add the chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Cool slightly and pour over your choice
of ice cream.
Makes
1 cup.
NOTE:
Store the excess sauce in the refrigerator
and warm gently to reuse.
