CHOCOLATE
PUDDINGS
1 cup self-raising
flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup skim milk
30g reduced-fat margarine, melted
60g nougat, chopped
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup hot water
Spray 6
x 3/4-cup ramekins with cooking oil spray.
Sift flour, sugar and cocoa into large
bowl; add milk, margarine, and nougat,
stir until well combined. Divide chocolate
mixture between ramekins and sprinkle
brown sugar over tops. Place ramekins
in baking dish, pour the hot water around
the puddings. Bake, uncovered, in 350°F
oven for 35 minutes or until puddings
are cooked when tested. |
