2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons ground almonds

Cut
the Brie into four chunks and place each chunk
on a grape leaf.
Mix
together the chives, ground almonds, peppercorns
and olive oil, and place a spoonful on top of
each piece of cheese. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
Fold
the grape leaves over tightly to enclose the cheese
completely. Brush the parcels with olive oil and
cook on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes, until the
cheese is hot and melting. Serve immediately.
Serves
4.
