YOGURT-CUMIN
MARINADE
In
a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup nonfat plain
yogurt, 2 tablespoons prepared chutney,
mush as Major Grey, 2 tablespoons finely
chopped fresh mint, 1 tablespoon canola
oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon
ground cumin and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Use
to marinate chicken, lamb or pork.
Makes
about 1/2 cup, for 4 to 8 servings.
