OREGANO-GARLIC
MARINADE
In
a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup fresh lemon
juice, 1/3 cup dry white wine, 2 tablespoons
olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon
dried oregano, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper. Use 1/2 cup
to marinate tuna, swordfish, shrimp, chicken
or vegetables. Reserve remaining marinade
for basting.
Makes
about 1 cup, for 4 to 8 servings.
