STEAKS
WITH BELL PEPPERS SALSA
1
small red bell pepper, chopped finely
1 small green bell pepper, chopped finely
1 medium red onion, chopped finely
1 large tomato, seeded, chopped finely
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
1/4 cup oil-free French dressing
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon ground cumin
4 small beef eye fillet steaks
Combine
bell peppers, onion, tomato, coriander,
dressing, garlic and cumin in medium bowl;
mix well.
Cook
beef on heated oiled griddle (or grill or
barbecue) until browned both sides and cooked
as desired. Serve beef with bell peppers
salsa.
