PEANUT
PORK SCHNITZELS
2
tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon ground cumin
6 small pork leg schnitzels
Combine
peanut butter with yogurt, juice, garlic,
honey and cumin in small bowl; mix well.
Brush pork with peanut butter mixture; cook
pork on heated oil griddle (or grill or
barbecue) until browned both sides and just
tender.
