2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped sage
Brown sugar apples
2 small sweet red apples, sliced
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
Place
the pork in a shallow dish with the oil,
