PORK
AND SNOW PEA STIR-FRY
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1 large Spanish onion, cut into thin wedges
400g pork fillet, sliced
1/3 cup tikka sauce
200g snow peas
60g snow pea sprouts
2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
Heat oil
in a wok, stir-fry onion over high heat
for 1 minute, push to one side. Add pork,
stir-fry for 2 minutes or until lightly
browned. Add tikka sauce and snow peas,
stir-fry for 1 minute or until snow peas
are tender. Remove from heat, stir in
sprouts and yogurt. Serve with rice or
noodles. |
