BAKED CRUMBED VEAL

Preparation time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes

4 x 60g veal steaks
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup seasoned stuffing mix

Remove all visible fat from steaks. Lightly spread each steak with mayonnaise; coat completely with stuffing mix.

Place veal on oven tray; bake in hot oven for about 15 minutes or until veal is tender. Serve veal with steamed baby potatoes, sugar snap peas, baby rocket leaves and lemon slices, if desired.

Serves 2.

Per serving: 6.5g fat; 204 calories.

STORE: Recipe can be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated, covered. Cook just before serving.
