PASTA WITH FRESH TUNA AND CHILI DRESSING

500g fresh tuna steaks
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
400g bavette pasta
2 teaspoons olive oil, extra
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 small fresh chilies, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Combine tuna in a baking dish with oil, lemon juice, garlic and pepper, bake in 350°F oven for 15 minutes or until tuna is just cooked through. Cut tuna into small pieces. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to instructions on the packet, draim. Heat extra oil in a frying pan, add onion, stir over medium heat until softened. Add chilies, stir over heat 1 minute. Add tuna, pasta and parsley, stir over heat until combined.

Serves 4.
