MOLASSES-BARBECUED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

1/4 cup spicy-hot vegetable juice
2 tablespoons chili sauce (such as Heinz)
1 tablespoon molasses
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 garlic clove, crushed
8 chicken drumsticks, skinned (about 1 1/2 pounds)
Cooking spray

Prepare grill.

Combine vegetable juice and next 6 ingredients (juice through garlic) in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Place the chicken on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill for 30 minutes or until done, turning frequently. Baste the chicken frequently with sauce after 15 minutes.

Serves 4.
