TOMATO, SMOKED MOZZARELLA AND OREGANO PIZZA

1 quantity pizza dough

TOPPING
300 g (10 oz) smoked mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 green tomatoes sliced
2 red tomatoes sliced
2 cloves garlic sliced
3 tablespoons oregano leaves
Olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese shavings

Heat 2 baking trays in a preheated 350°F oven. Divide pizza dough into 4 pieces and roll until they are 1/8 inch thick. Top dough with slices of mozzarella, and green and red tomatoes. Sprinkle garlic, oregano, oil, and parmesan over pizzas. Slide pizzas onto preheated baking trays and bake for 25 minutes or until crust is golden.

Serves 4.
