ASPARAGUS
WITH TOFU AND BALSAMIC BUTTER
1
tablespoon oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced
60 g butter
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and halved
Cracked black pepper
4 thick slices firm silken tofu
1 tablespoon thyme sprigs
Heat
oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add
garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add butter,
balsamic and water to the pan and cook for
1 minute.
