BALSAMIC
DRESSING
1/3
cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup fruity olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup basil leaves
Cracked black pepper
Place
ingredients in a saucepan over low heat.
Allow basil to infuse for 5 minutes, and
strain into a bottle. Store in refrigerator
for up to 2 weeks.
Makes
1 cup.
