SIMPLE
VINAIGRETTE
1/2
cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
Cracked black pepper
Sea salt
2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
Place
ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
Dressing will separate on standing. Shake
to combine.
Makes
1 cup.
