THAI DRESSING

1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon brown or palm sugar
2 red chilies, chopped
1 teaspoon fish sauce (optional)

Place ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.

Makes 1/2 cup.
