TOMATO SAUCE
3
large egg tomatoes, peeled, seeded, quartered
2 green onions, chopped coarsely
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
2 cloves garlic quartered
1 teaspoon seeded mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
Blend
or process ingredients until almost smooth.
Makes
about 1 1/4 cups.
