PEPPER MAYONNAISE
Preparation

1/2 cup low-fat
mayonnaise
2 teaspoons canned green peppercorns, drained,
crushed
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Combine all
ingredients in small bowl; mix well.
