ASPARAGUS
WITH HONEY AND MUSTARD
1 bunch
(220 g) asparagus
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon lime juice
Put asparagus
in a freezer bag with the water. Close
bag and microwave on HIGH (100%) for
2 minutes or until just tender. Combine
honey, mustard and juice, pour over asparagus
to serve.
Serves 2.
