Piña Colada
Preparation
Time: 5 minutes

cup coconut cream
1 cup rum (dark or white)
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup cracked ice
1 lime, sliced thinly
Blend
coconut cream, rum and juice in a blender
or cocktail shaker about 30 seconds.
Add
ice; blend or shake 30 seconds.
Serve
in tall glasses, with a slice of lime.
