Cream Stout Punch
Preparation
Time: 5 minutes (plus refrigeration time)
Cream
stout punch is a Caribbean classic. The
ingredients are certainly unusual, but it
can be curiously refreshing on a tropical
day.
400g
tin condensed milk
400g tin evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup white rum
600ml stout |

Beat
condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, sugar
and rum in large bowl with electric mixer until
combined.
Pour
milk mixture into large jug; add stout, stir well.
Refrigerate
punch at least 1 hour. Serve in tumblers.
