Fruit Daiquiri
Preparation

lime
1 cup dark rum
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
3 passionfruit
1/4 teaspoon Angostura bitters
2 cups cracked ice
Peel
lime, avoiding bitter white pith; reserve
rind. |

Combine
rum, sugar, juices, passionfruit pulp, bitters
and ice in cocktail shaker; shake briefly or until
combined.
Serve
in cocktail glasses, decorated with a little reserved
rind.
