Mango Salsa
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
1 medium mango (430g), seeded, chopped finely
1 medium red onion (170g), chopped finely
1 medium red pepper (200g), chopped finely
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh marjoram
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon olive oil
