Appetizers & Snacks

Serving appetizers just before the main course, as in Western meals, is virtually unknown in Thai households. Instead, appetizers are sometimes served to guests before they sit down at the dinner table. Snacks are also served throughout the day, and at parties and celebrations. Several of our entrees can easily be modified into main courses using a dash of flexibility and imagination.
