Stir-Fried Steak with Green Beans
Preparation Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes

180g green beans
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium brown onion (150g), chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 large fresh green chili, chopped
1 large fresh red chili, chopped
1 tablespoon oil, extra
500g beef rump steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 teaspoon sugar

Slice beans diagonally. Heat oil in wok, stir-fry onion, garlic, chili and beans until beans are just tender; remove from wok.

Add extra oil to wok, add steak in batches, stir-fry until tender.

Return steak and bean mixture to wok with sauce, coriander and sugar, stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or until hot.

Serves 4.
