Noodles with Shrimps and Green Bell Pepper
Preparation Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes

1 tablespoon oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 large fresh red chili, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons cornflour
1 cup chicken stock
250g small cooked shrimps, shelled
500g fresh rice noodles

Heat oil in wok, stir-fry garlic, chili, bell pepper and onion for 1 minute; remove from wok.

Combine sauces and sugar in wok. Blend cornflour with stock, add mixture to wok. Stir over heat until mixture boils and thickens.

Return vegetables to wok with shrimps and noodles, stir-fry until hot.

Serves 6.
