Salads

Vegetables are generally eaten raw, dipped in sauces, served over a bed of lettuce and garnished with coriander leaves. They are also stir-fried or lightly steamed, and sometimes small amounts of fish, minced meat or chicken are added as a flavor contrast. Our recipes can be served as accompaniments to a main meal or simply as a light meal.
